Certified Residential Specialist is considered the graduate degree for Realtors. Agents who have earned this designation have sold millions of dollars worth of residential real estate, completed many hours of class room education and testing and have many years of experience in residential real estate sales. Less than 5% of all Realtors have received this designation.
